What You Will Do We are seeking a detail-driven, organized, and proactive 245D Training & Compliance Coordinator to support our Supportive Living Services (SLS) program. This position plays a key role across eight group homes in St. Cloud and Cold Spring, as well as our IHS program, ensuring training excellence, strong compliance practices, and a smooth onboarding experience for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Key Responsibilities Training & Compliance Coordinate and track all new-hire and ongoing training for SLS and IHS employees.

Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records for 245D, 245A, and the Positive Supports Rule (MN Rules 9544).Create and manage the annual training calendar, including scheduling internal and external trainers.

Prepare documentation for DHS licensing reviews and assist with corrective action processes.

Monitor changes in state regulations to ensure timely updates to staff training requirements. Onboarding & Offboarding Set up new hires in electronic systems including LMS, email, documentation platforms, and scheduling tools.

Facilitate new-hire orientation and verify completion of all required trainings.

Support consistent, compliant offboarding procedures. Hiring Support Screen applicants for Direct Support Professional roles and coordinate interviews with Designated Managers and Coordinators.

Assist with job offers, MN DHS background studies, and pre-employment documentation. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with Senior SLS leadership, Designated Managers (DMs), and Designated Coordinators (DCs).Partner with HR and Nursing teams to ensure accurate training and competency validations.

Provide routine reports on training compliance, staffing progress, and onboarding status. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in human services, disability services, healthcare, or a related field.

Experience in training coordination, onboarding, or regulatory compliance.

Working knowledge of MN 245D, 245A, and the Positive Supports Rule (9544).Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to travel between St. Cloud and Cold Spring locations.

Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in group home or IHS program operations.

Familiarity with DHS licensing audits or Plans of Correction.

Experience using an LMS or HR information system.
