We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Quality Compliance candidate for our Worthington, MN feed facility. Hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by Managing office correspondence, handle incoming calls/emails, prepare documents, and maintain filing systems for the Worthington feed plant.
Office Support:
Handling phone calls, emails, and mail. Welcome visitors, and maintaining, organizing files. Quality and safety document creation and retention.
Communication:
Acting as a point of contact between staff, clients, and vendors.
Data Management:
Updating records, performing data entry into systems, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years' experience in quality and office administration Preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel Communications skills Customer service skills Agricultural experience a plus
