Data Verification Specialist Full Time Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a detail driven Data Verification Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. If you are highly organized, enjoy catching errors others miss, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, this could be the perfect fit. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate time verification, compliance, and billing support for our non-acute services teams. Your work directly supports the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency behind the care we provide every day. What You'll Do Complete daily time verification reviews for non-acute services Perform exception audits to ensure compliance with state regulations Identify, correct, and update documentation errors Work closely with Operations and internal departments to resolve issues Maintain HIPAA and EVV compliance standards Communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and support teams Assist with additional administrative and verification tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional communication and problem solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic bookkeeping or auditing knowledge preferred Experience with Medicaid or healthcare administration preferred Previous office experience preferred Why Phoenix Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within healthcare operations Mission driven culture focused on compassion and integrity Meaningful work that supports quality patient care behind the scenes At Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, our mission is to create New Beginnings for our caregivers, clinicians, and the families we serve through compassion, honesty, and patience.
