In this vital role. The Compliance Personnel is responsible for ensuring the agency operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those established by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services , This role conducts internal audits, monitors documentation, and ensures that all operational processes meet required regulatory and audit standards. The Compliance Personnel reviews documentation in systems such as Therap to ensure services align with They identify compliance risks, implement corrective action plans, and support agency readiness for audits. This position also ensures adherence to HCBS standards, client rights, incident reporting, and medication management protocols. Additionally, the role provides training and guidance to staff on documentation, compliance expectations, and regulatory requirements, ensuring all employees are properly trained for assigned members. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of behavioral health regulations, and the ability to maintain organized, audit-ready systems are essential for success in this position.
Pay:
$450.00 - $550.00 per week
