Job Responsibilities Conduct and maintain compliance and risk management programs, including research, implementation, and staff training. Review business and specialty account documentation to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of accounts to meet due diligence and compliance standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and fraud risks, including monitoring transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Conduct due diligence on new accounts, verifying identity and source of funds in alignment with KYC and AML regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries to ensure compliant operations and effective issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML, KYC, and BSA requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, including the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.
