The Franchise Enablement Coordinator is a vital cross-functional role responsible for supporting franchise system growth, operational excellence, and legal compliance. This position sits at the intersection of recruiting program operations and franchise compliance, ensuring that all brand, legal, and contractual standards are met with absolute precision. Acting as a central hub of communication, you will work closely with internal corporate departments and external franchise business owners in Madison to manage high-volume administrative workflows, track complex contracts, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesFranchise Recruiting & Program Support Manage recruiting program intake, including monitoring shared inbox and responding to franchisee inquiries and submissions. Create and manage CRM requests to validate and process agent submissions. Prepare, track, and support execution of recruitment-related documents (e.g., Conversion Promissory Notes) within contract lifecycle systems. Serve as a key point of contact for franchisees and internal stakeholders. Franchise Compliance Support compliance processes, including compliance of domestic and international watch lists. Identify, research, and track potential compliance issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve them. Maintain accurate franchisee records and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails, including monitoring shared inbox. Assist with tracking violations, intent to terminate, termination and other contractual obligations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand teams, and IT to support initiatives and resolve issues. Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service. Communicate program updates, compliance requirements, and process improvements effectively. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Maintain attention to detail across high-volume administrative and compliance workflows. Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to systems, workflows, and reporting.
