April 22, 2026 Position Summary The Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting the Risk & Compliance Officer in assessing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Bank's regulatory compliance programs, excluding Bank Secrecy Act, in order to ensure that each functional area achieves and maintains compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations. Essential Functions
- Maintains proficient knowledge of applicable compliance statutes, regulations and interpretations;
- Work closely with Risk & Compliance Officer to ensure all loans are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
- Perform and/or assist with compliance monitoring reviews, including, but not limited to, gathering information, performing analysis, drafting memos and tracking findings.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policy and risk assessments.
- Assists the Risk & Compliance Officer in monitoring the Bank's data management and reporting requirements for compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Small Business Register and Community Reinvestment Act;
- Collaborates in the gathering of documentation and information requested by Internal Audit and regulatory agencies related to an audit, examination or inquiry;
- Protects the confidentiality of the Bank's customers and records;
- Monitors and documents CRA performance, and maintains CRA public file;
- Performs all other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent in bank compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the work assigned.
- Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish mutual goals;
- Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time as related to daily tasks;
- Ability to organize and maintain data from various sources;
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs as well as in house document retrieval and preparation systems and electronic communications. Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods of time up to 90% of work hours.

Working Conditions Moderate sound as in business office with office machines, computers, and people traffic. Open floor work environment. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
