- Main Purpose of the Role
- + Provide subject matter expertise and project leadership for site import/export matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade laws and regulations, including 19CFR,15CFR, FDA, USDA, and other US regulatory agency requirements.
- Main Responsibilities
- + Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Interface with related functional areas (logistics, purchasing, materials management, etc.
- Interface with affiliates and third-party suppliers to ensure their understanding of US import documentation requirements.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree required in Business, logistics/transportation, or another related field.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Licensed Customs Broker or Certified Customs Specialist preferred.
