You'll be: Acting as a key leader in site security and compliance, you will ensure the integrity of the supply chain through:
Leading TSA Audits:
Spearheading audits every three years (and for cause), ensuring all facility protocols meet strict federal standards. Serving as
Principal Security Officer:
Collaborating directly with TSA personnel for facility walkthroughs and documentation requests.
Managing Compliance Systems:
Utilizing IACMS and KSMS systems to maintain and approve TSA-recognized shippers and drivers.
Training and Onboarding:
Developing and delivering TSA compliance training for new hires and providing necessary refresher courses.
Ensuring Security Standards:
Initiating and managing TSA Background Checks for new employees and adhering to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
Quality Reporting:
Apply writing skills to review reports and input quality risk management data. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Bring TSA Experience:
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) compliance (required)
