The Enterprise Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that PFC and its personnel maintain full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements governing operations. This role oversees licensing, mandatory certifications, background checks, training records, and adherence to applicable security regulations. The Enterprise Compliance Officer maintains accurate records, monitors regulatory changes, conducts internal compliance reviews, and works closely and proactively with management to always ensure operational readiness and adherence to all licensing and certification compliance. This is a new role within our organization and is an in-office position at our Las Vegas headquarters. WORK STATUS

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Ensure all personnel maintain valid and up-to-date guard cards, license, permits, and required certifications. Track and monitory expiration dates and coordinate timely renewal of guard cards, permits and required credentials. Verify applicant eligibility and ensure proper documentation is submitted to appropriate licensing agencies. Maintain a centralized database of all employee licensing records and compliance documentation. Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory requirements affecting operations. Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure company policies and operational practices remain compliant. Serve as the primary point of contact with licensing agencies, regulatory authorities, and auditors. Training Compliance & Personnel Qualification Oversee compliance with all mandatory training programs, including initial onboarding, continuing education, and annual certification requirements. Ensure training curriculum meets all state regulatory requirements and contractual standards. Track training completion and maintain accurate and detailed documentation for internal records and regulatory inspections. Coordinate with training instructors and supervisors to schedule and monitor employee participation. Verify completion of required background checks, fingerprinting, and eligibility documentation for all security personnel. Monitoring, Auditing & Risk Management Conduct routine internal audits of personnel files, licensing records, training documentation, and compliance files. Identify compliance risks or deficiencies and develop corrective action plans to resolve issues. Prepare compliance reports for management outlining compliance status, trends, and potential risk areas. Support preparations for external regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections. Notify supervisors and personnel of upcoming licensing or training expirations and compliance requirements. Provide guidance to staff and management on regulatory standards and compliance procedures. Participate in operational planning to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into company practices. COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compliance, security operations, or a related field. Knowledge of state and local regulations governing private security licensing, guard card requirements and training standards. Experience maintaining compliance documentation, licensing records or regulatory databases. Strong organizational and documentation management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with regulatory agencies, management and staff. Experience working with compliance tracking systems, record management systems, or training management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personnel and regulatory documentation PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TOOLS/EQUIPMENT
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working with LED screens, laptops and other standard office equipment. Requires the ability to listen attentively, see clearly and communicate effectively in a variety of settings. Ability to climb stairs. The ability to travel occasionally to various company and/or client sites to support finance operations.
