processes and be comfortable navigating NYC agency systems such as DOB NOW and HPD Online. This role is critical in maintaining regulatory compliance, preventing penalties, and ensuring buildings meet all NYC safety and code requirements. Responsibilities Review and manage HPD, DOB, FDNY, and DEP violations File Certificates of Correction and required documentation Navigate DOB NOW and other NYC agency portals Track violation deadlines and compliance status Coordinate with licensed contractors, engineers, plumbers, and electricians Assist with permits, inspections, and sign-offs Prepare compliance reports for ownership Maintain organized violation logs and agency communications Monitor rent-stabilized compliance where applicable Requirements 2+ years experience handling NYC building violations Strong knowledge of HPD, DOB, FDNY, DEP, and

OATH/ECB

procedures Experience filing Certificates of Correction Familiarity with DOB NOW and NYC agency portals Understanding of NYC building codes and compliance timelines Highly organized and deadline-driven Strong communication skills Compensation Compensation is based on experience and level of expertise.

Pay range:
