Blue Ash, OH Job Details Contract $27 - $32 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Regulatory compliance evaluation Surveillance investigations Inspection reporting and documentation Undercover investigation techniques Investigating compliance violations Compliance standards auditing Entry level Age verification regulations Evidence collection FDA regulations Law enforcement Full Job Description CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The inspection is used to establish a retailer's compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis, with flexibility relevant to the individual's schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Travel with an Underage Purchaser; identify and verify site address provided Facilitate and observe undercover buys in coordination with trained Underage Purchasers Collect evidence of violations, such as photographs and tobacco products Complete compliance check inspection forms, detailing any violations, when applicable Required qualifications/skills: Must maintain employment with the State of Ohio Reliable transportation Attention to detail Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy Law Enforcement employees are strongly encouraged to apply Preferred qualifications/skills:
