We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Coordinator I to support trade compliance activities. This role focuses on managing supplier data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate trade documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage supplier origin data, FTA documentation, and tariff classifications Compile, validate, and maintain trade compliance data in internal systems Review and process Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and compliance documentation Assign and verify UN numbers for hazardous materials shipments Analyze import/export data to identify duty savings opportunities Support classification of products under Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Issue Free Trade Agreement certificates and respond to customer requests Maintain audit-ready records and compliance documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and compliance issuesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, Science, or related field OR relevant trade compliance experience 1+ year experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, import/export, or related field Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large data sets Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirementsPreferred:
3+ years of relevant experience Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of FTAs, HTS classification, and hazardous materials regulations Experience with import/export processes and tariff classification Strong attention to detail and customer service skillsPay:
Up to $30.00 per hourExperience:
