Records retention compliance and auditing, which includes reviewing the 401K Deferral report to confirm that data is being imported and exported between the HRIS System to the 401K System. Quarterly activities of the records retention program to engage the company. Review the 401K System Error Report weekly, including flagged profiles, and work with the Records Retention team and HR to align. Track and update safety and risk data on the internal tracker. Review warehouse occupancy and review insurance limits to ensure coverage. Serve as internal POC and initial investigator of workers' compensation claims to ensure proper handling and resolution. Handle notices such as ESOP Statements, Summary Plan Description, Summary Annual Report, Medicaid Notice, Internal Mail Processing (distributing mail internally and processing returned mail), and Certification of Insurance (COI) requests from the internal team. Support HR by managing ad-hoc responsibilities at the OneCompass Holding level.Additional Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department, such as ad-hoc tasks and reporting in the HRIS System. Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established naming conventions during the digitization process. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficient use of computer systems. Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Understand and uphold the importance of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.Qualifications:
Demonstrated willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with basic computer operations. Ability to follow established processes for document management and records retention. Awareness of the significance of proper indexing and meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of records retention guidelines and practices is advantageous.
