PACE Job Summary:
The Quality and Compliance Specialist supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the PACE program's compliance and quality improvement activities. This role ensures the organization meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures designed to promote participant safety, program integrity, and continuous performance improvement.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
College degree preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality improvement, or regulatory oversight (PACE experience strongly preferred). Knowledge of CMS and state regulations for PACE programs and managed care environments. 1 year experience working with older adults
