This role focuses on reviewing data, preparing reports, organizing information, and helping track payments. This is a great fit for someone who likes working with spreadsheets, numbers, and structured tasks. Experience in this field is helpful but not required—we are happy to train someone with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This position works mostly behind the scenes and supports internal teams. What You'll Do Review claim data and help identify items that need to be submitted for reimbursement Gather and organize required documents Build and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems Check data for accuracy and resolve any errors Track submissions, payments, and deadlines Respond to emails from team members and partners in a professional way Keep files and records organized Assist with tracking payments and reconciling records Work with other teams to collect information when needed Help make processes more efficient over time What You Bring Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good organization and time management Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear and professional written communication (especially email) Reliable, dependable, and consistent Ability to work independently Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data Helpful (But Not Required) Experience working with data, reporting, or administrative tasks Background in insurance, healthcare, finance, or similar fields Strong problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn new systems Work Environment Office or hybrid setting Computer-based work with a focus on data and reporting Team-oriented environment with opportunities to learn and grow Fast-paced, detail-focused work Who You Are You are reliable, organized, and take pride in doing accurate work. You enjoy working with details, solving problems, and supporting a team. You're proactive, willing to learn, and bring a positive attitude to your work.
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.50 per hour
