Your Opportunity, Your Team The Vendor Compliance Specialist supports QVC and serves as a key liaison between QVC, its vendor base, merchandising teams, and the Fulfillment Center—providing education and guidance on QVC compliance standards. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA Fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. What You'll Do To review daily vendor delivery performance, ensuring all issues of non-compliance prior to and at the point of receipt are addressed. To liaise with internal departments within the DC on all issues of non-compliance. Initiate the correction processes of all 'received' non-compliant products through the Rework Coordinator both on site and through off site facilities. Assess likely costs incurred and create chargebacks in line with policy advising Merchandising and vendors throughout the process. Provide a central point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and Operations teams where all enquiries regarding compliance can be resolved. To support / facilitate a smooth process for Vendor on-boarding, relating to Operational days for new and existing Vendors with regards to compliance including appropriate operational teams. What You'll Bring 3 years experience in a similar role Excellent level of computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and interpret data.
