About the Position The primary function of this position is to assist drivers and the company in maintaining compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and assist with questions drivers, agents, or other departments might have. Performs daily updates and reviews of driver qualification files for accuracy and compliance. Performs data entry for various software programs.
Qualifications:
Exceptional data-entry and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent in using various computer programs and internet-based sites. Proficient in operating Microsoft Suite programs. Able to aid with special projects as needed. Spanish language and/or other non-English language skills is a plus+. Knowledge of Federal and State DOT Trucking Registrations, Licensing, Compliance Reports, is a plus+.
