  • Full-time SUMMARY Manage leased equipment to ensure compliance with Medallion's processes and DOT regulations.
Set up motor carriers and ensure they are compliant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Ensure efficient management of equipment under lease, and related cost.
  • Responsible for addressing and handling maintenance issues for all leased equipment.
  • Manage company's trailer rental program.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance is compliance with DOT and Medallion policies.
  • Analyz trailer costs for monthly and yearly leases and provide report to management.
  • Proactively communicate with management to anticipate issues and/or opportunities.
  • Work with Compliance and other departments on joint issues.
  • Ensure proper pass-through cost control.
  • Set up motor carriers ensure they are and stay compliant.
  • Other duties assigned by Management.
Must perform duties to the standards of the job description and comply with the company's policies, practices, and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Knowledge of multiple types of trailing equipment
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software applications, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of
DOT & FMCSA
regulations
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High-School education and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay:
$44,000.00
  • $46,000.
