Responsibilities Build in-house compliance and onboarding function from the ground up — the capability that directly unlocks the company's growth. Own the

BSA/AML, OFAC

sanctions, and KYC/KYB programs for a high-volume cross-border and stablecoin payments business. Make the onboarding and risk decisions that turn a signed pipeline into live revenue — owning the judgment that is, quite literally, the product. Define and confirm the company's regulatory perimeter — FinCEN/MSB registration, money-transmission analysis, and state requirements — in partnership with outside counsel. Run transaction monitoring, SAR/CTR workflows, and the compliance reporting and relationships with our banking and licensed-rail partners. Be the company's senior compliance voice to the board, partners, and regulators.
