Job Summary Provides guidance related to regulatory matters | Maintains relationships with regulatory bodies and agencies and has significant expertise in industry regulatory matters | Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities | Prepares and sponsors testimony to governmental or regulatory agencies Impact of the Role General Profile Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Reviews policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Tracks and interprets laws or regulations impacting the business and offers suggestions to functional managers seeking to ensure compliance. Conducts periodic tests and audits of organizational operations. Conducts initial reviews of alleged compliance violations and escalates to executive leadership as needed. May also: oCoordinate local training requirements to ensure that site personnel are aware of their obligations under approved government authorizations and regulations governing their activities. oReview and approve foreign national site visits and international business travel requests Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Arms Export Control Act (AECA) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
