Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper and Compliance Administrator (Part-Time) to oversee all bookkeeping functions within our operations, including accounts payables and receivables, owner statements, expense tracking, reconciliations, and end of year coordination with our CPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and payroll reporting Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close for both the business and for our clients Develop and maintain filing system and procedures for record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience, with experience in real estate and property management preferred Proficient in QBO, Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AppFolio, and/or other property management software preferred Ability to work independently, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail •
