Compensation:
$120K - $150K + Bonus Responsibilities Assist in the administration of the firm's compliance framework, including oversight of Code of Ethics requirements and employee certification processes Prepare and support regulatory reporting obligations while ensuring compliance documentation is accurately maintained Evaluate marketing and investor communications to ensure adherence to SEC regulations and internal compliance standards Support compliance testing initiatives, internal assessments, and mock examinations designed to evaluate the effectiveness of controls Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact on the organization, and help implement necessary policy and procedural updates Maintain and organize legal agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation Collaborate with investment, operations, and legal personnel to support firmwide compliance initiatives and governance standards Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency as the organization grows Qualifications 3+ years of compliance experience at an investment management firm (PE experience preferred) Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and its related rules and regulations, as well as broad knowledge of financial industry compliance programs Strong time management, planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently but also collaborate in a team-oriented, cross functional and fast paced environment Strong communication skills #48460
