•This role is remote; however, candidates must reside in the Detroit Metropolitan Area to be considered. On-site training in Gibraltar, MI is required. •

JOB DESCRIPTION

MSource is growing, and we're looking to add a full-time Entry-Level Licensing Analyst to our Licensing Team. In this role, you'll support mortgage broker clients nationwide by assisting with licensing and compliance-related processes. As a Licensing Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping clients navigate licensing requirements efficiently and accurately. From preparing applications to tracking deadlines and maintaining compliance standards, your work will directly support our commitment to exceptional client service. Experience in the mortgage industry and familiarity with the NMLS are not required, but they are a strong plus. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding work for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with preparing and submitting mortgage license applications Track deadlines and ensure filings are accurate and complete Communicate professionally with clients and state agencies Learn and utilize industry software and internal systems Collaborate with team members while independently managing assigned tasks and deadlines
