Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you support the Portfolio Management Compliance team and act as a liaison with the Legal and Compliance Department for Fisher's European entities. You help ensure regulatory requirements are met, manage documentation, and support cross-functional projects. You will monitor trade reporting under MiFIR and EMIR and prepare compliance-related reports and meeting materials. This is a hands-on role focused on process improvement, accuracy, and collaboration within a regulated environment.

  • Route issues to appropriate senior team members
  • Handle confidential documents appropriately
  • Meet regulatory reporting requirements through established policies
  • Monitor trade reporting obligations under MiFIR and EMIR and raise issues as needed
  • Complete trade exception reports in a timely manner
  • Produce internal trade process adherence reports and escalate flags
  • Maintain Fisher European Entities Trading Practices Committees documentation and meeting minutes Tasks
  • 1+ years of experience in investment management regulatory compliance (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of European regulatory framework, particularly EMIR and MiFID II
  • University Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce (preferable)
  • Ability to interface with different departments Key requirements
