Retirement Plan Compliance Specialist Value Insurance Agency Inc Alexandria, VA Job Details Part-time $50 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Benefits administration Record keeping Filing Investigating compliance violations Financial compliance monitoring Full Job Description Prepare and/or review annual Form 5500 filings for defined contribution retirement plans (including 401(k) plans) Perform and/or review annual compliance testing, including nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP and related testing) Assist with year-end retirement plan administration tasks and reconciliations Review plan data for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Coordinate with payroll providers, plan recordkeepers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) Ensure filings and supporting documentation comply with ERISA and IRS/DOL requirements Support resolution of compliance issues, corrections, or filing amendments if needed
