Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM No evenings No weekends Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) 6 Paid Holidays Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Stable, Growing Company Team-Oriented Work Environment What You'll Do Assist customers with transportation compliance and safety-related services Answer customer questions by phone and email Enter and maintain information in company databases and software systems Process customer documentation and electronic records Review information for accuracy and completeness Assist with permits, registrations, mileage reporting, and other transportation services Support billing and invoicing processes Learn federal and state transportation compliance requirements Work with team members to improve customer service and operational processes Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong computer and technology skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and self-motivated Customer service, office, administrative, banking, insurance, retail management, or data entry experience is a plus Transportation or trucking experience is helpful but not required Who Succeeds in This Role?
