Legal Compliance Documentation Coordinator | Remote | 12 Month Contract
  • $26.10 to $29.00/hr
  • Weekly pay
  • Benefits and 401k with match available through Aquent Aquent is hiring a Legal Compliance Documentation Coordinator for a 12 month W2 contract supporting a leading global consumer technology company.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail oriented, and interested in gaining experience within a legal, regulatory, compliance, payments, or commerce focused environment. In this role, you will help support a Regulatory Legal & Compliance team by keeping policy and procedure documentation organized, tracking workflows and action items, maintaining compliance records, and helping ensure documentation milestones stay on track. What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and supporting policy and procedure documentation review processes
  • Maintaining organized compliance and regulatory records
  • Tracking tasks, deadlines, action items, and workflow updates
  • Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to keep documentation moving
  • Identifying gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and escalating as needed
  • Supporting general administrative needs related to compliance operations What we're looking for:
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, legal, compliance, regulatory, or documentation focused work
  • Exposure to legal, compliance, project management, or document management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive, self starter mindset and willingness to learn Experience in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, legal operations, regulatory compliance, policy documentation, or document control would be especially helpful.
