Your mission would primarily be to drive through your community, issue violations for non-compliance of community standards, reply to emails and phone calls regarding inspections, and manage the exterior modification process on behalf of the community association. Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls and emails Conduct compliance inspections as directed for your community Process and mail notices pertaining to deed restriction violations Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities Attendance of monthly meetings Manage the architectural review process from beginning to end Interface with homeowners and provide understandings of community standards, rules, and restrictions Supply monthly reports regarding architectural review and violation status updates Will work hand and hand with the compliance team to perform compliance drives. Will be utilizing SmartWebs platform.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle with business car insurance Must have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements 18+ years old Have a high school diploma or GED Legally eligible to work in the United States Can navigate through different application systems Competency in Microsoft Office Applications Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, time management, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
