Job Description

COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work in Compliance Engine and multiple portals to upload and verify inspections Work with various Fire Marshalls for inspection submissions, by phone, email and in- person Oversee the compliance for the Houston and other growing offices Point of Contact for reporting inspection tags and maintaining records Work with the internal Service and Inspection team to gain information to present clear resolutions to any concerns Build report with Superintendents and Service Managers for several office locations Additional Duties Team collaboration meetings from all office to ensure alignment and standardization between all locations Back-up to other
Compliance Administrators Knowledge:
High school diploma is required Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Experience:
Compliance experience within the fire protection industry highly preferred Customer Service Experience, both internally and externally Experienced in Compliance Engine or similiar portal for submissions highly preferred Following the process and procedure experience, or revising experience Experience in a detail-oriented role, in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Detail oriented with excellent organization skills Ability to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Computer Engine portals, use of three screens Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environment Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines Administrative Assessment will be required during the interview process.
