San Angelo, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications CPHQ Bachelor's degree in business Gap analysis Implementing healthcare compliance training programs Mid-level High school diploma or GED CMS regulatory compliance Policy & process development Bachelor's degree Quality improvement Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Instructional materials development Healthcare policy development JCAHO Business Hospital regulatory compliance Leadership 2 years Full Job Description Job Summary Provides organization-wide leadership, oversight and monitoring to ensure full compliance of the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations. Identifies compliance gaps and develops appropriate plans to address and close the gaps in collaboration with leadership. Develops and implements policies and facilitates standardization of procedures to meet compliance requirements. Identifies/creates education materials and educates providers, staff and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business related field
Experience:
Preferred Two years of experience in
CIHQ or Joint Commission Compliance Leadership Certification/Licensure:
Preferred Certification in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) Any training/certification in specific tools and techniques of performance improvement
