An established financial services organization is seeking a Pension Administration Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This role supports the administration, compliance, and coordination of international pension programs while handling employee inquiries and maintaining accurate plan records.  About the

On-site Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day operations of pension plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution programs Serve as a primary point of contact for pension-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with pension teams, third-party administrators, actuaries, auditors, legal counsel, and vendors to support compliant plan administration Review and reconcile pension data, payroll records, contribution files, and actuarial reportsSupport audits, census activities, actuarial valuations, government filings, and ongoing maintenance of pension documentation and procedures
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Pension Administration Background in Human Resources High proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems Strong knowledge of
ERISA, IRS
regulations, retirement plan compliance, and related reporting requirements Experience with U.S. retirement plans Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
Desired Skills:
BBA in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with international pension plans Experience working with actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators Background in financial reporting or audit coordination
