Job Summary:

Job Description Deductions Analyst We are seeking a Deductions Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in a CPG environment to support deduction management and resolution activities. This role will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions while partnering cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks Manage deductions related to pricing discrepancies, promotions/trade spend, returns, damages, shortages, and compliance penalties Validate supporting documentation and ensure accurate account reconciliation Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and reduce recurring deductions Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems

Qualifications:

2-4 years of deductions or accounts receivable experience within a CPG environment Experience handling trade promotions, pricing claims, and retailer compliance deductions Hands-on experience with HighRadius and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
