Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI cleared Cybersecurity Requirements and Acquisition Analyst to support a government client in shaping cybersecurity requirements across the system development and acquisition lifecycle. This individual will work closely with program and acquisition teams to review and align cyber requirements with broader policy and strategy, supporting documentation and high-level analysis for systems including defense and business systems. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to understand and speak to cybersecurity within the system development lifecycle, while engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Compensation:
$57.20/hr to $62.50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.   •  Active TS/SCI security clearance
  •  12+ years of experience and a Master's Degree in cybersecurity or a related field (LCAT Requirement) or 14+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity or a related field or 16+ years of experience in leiu of a degree
  •  Experience working with system acquisition programs (DoD weapon systems or defense business systems preferred) and knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and strategies for system acquisition and program protection
  •  Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in cybersecurity policy development and risk management.
  •  Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Joint Force Requirements process
  •  Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
  •  Ability to prepare, review, and assess cybersecurity documentation for compliance and effectiveness.
  •  Experience in delivering briefings, conducting outreach, and supporting awareness training initiatives.
  •  Previous DOD Weapons Systems acquisition experience
  •  Previous Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) experience
