Primary responsibilities and duties include:
- Liaising with DCAA and DCMA
- Supporting DCAA Accounting System, CAS, and other audits
- Leading self-assessment and other business system monitoring activities
- Providing assessment of cost allowability based on government regulations and company policies
- Some recurring reporting and other administrative responsibilities This position may be filled at the Regulatory Analyst or Principal Regulatory Analyst level, depending on the years of experience the candidate brings to the evaluation process. This role will require the following characteristics for success:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be flexible and change directions when needed Basic Qualifications for a Regulatory Analyst/Level 2:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. Basic Qualifications for a Principal Regulatory Analyst/Level 3:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Remaining Qualifications for
Both Levels:
- Strong experience or subject matter expertise in Government Compliance and Government Cost Accounting
- Experience supporting DCAA audits
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of FAR and CAS and research experience
- Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry in Government Compliance, Rates and Budgets, or Program Finance roles
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with SAP and Analysis for
Office Primary Level Salary Range:
$69,000.00- $103,400.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$85,600.00- $128,400.
