Job Description Associa is hiring anArchitectural Compliance Coordinator for its large-scale community in Sterling, VA.
Daily responsibilities:
Walk / drive and inspect the community to ensure homeowners are following the HOA Rules and Regulations, the community is well-cared for, maintenance concerns are attended too, and cleanliness is maintained. Take notes and document findings. Create and send out HOA Violation notices. Follow-up to ensure correction is made. Assist homeowners in complete the Architectural Review Forms and submit to the Board of Directors for approval. Review, evaluate, maintain, and process the code enforcement and review design guidelines. Follow-up and collaborate with committee members. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Required. 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience. Attention to details, ability to prioritize tasks, self-motivated, and mange time well. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Customer service focused and team oriented. Conflict resolution techniques.
