Moses Lake , WA When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to ensure the successful implementation and oversight of social responsibility programs at the site level. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of biosecurity, food safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing compliance programs aligned with regulatory and customer standards Ensure food safety and quality compliance (GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, etc.) Support and maintain SQF program, train staff on food safety practices Conduct audits and monitor corrective actions Coordinate internal and external audits, including follow-ups Track flock data and site compliance activities Maintain records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to improve processes Perform other assigned duties Q ualifications and
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of experience with compliance monitoring and program implementation Knowledge of poultry industry and relevant state and federal regulations Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications Strong communication and computer skills Able to work in various climate conditions and physical environments
