FTZ Admin & Trade Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced FTZ Administrator & Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and support our import/export trade compliance program. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, FTZ Board requirements, and U.S. trade laws while driving operational efficiency and risk mitigation. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day FTZ operations, transactions, and compliance activities Prepare and submit CBP filings including daily transactions, applications, and annual reports Interpret FTZ regulations, CBP guidance, and zone procedures Maintain and reconcile ICRS and ensure accurate FTZ recordkeeping Serve as the primary contact with CBP officers, Zone Operators, and FTZ Users Support audits, validations, and compliance reviews Assist with trade compliance activities including tariff management, HTS classification, FTAs, duty drawback, and post-entry reconciliations Manage Customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure alignment with FTZ and compliance requirements Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the business Develop SOPs and provide FTZ and trade compliance training as needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in FTZ administration, trade compliance, customs brokerage, or import/export operations Working knowledge of CBP regulations, FTZ requirements, and U.S. trade compliance laws Experience with FTZ inventory systems and ERP platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail with an audit-ready mindset Ability to pass CBP background checks Why Join Us?
