Global Trade Expertise:
- As a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst, you'll provide practical, business-oriented advice related to global trade. Your insights will empower us to create cutting-edge solutions while minimizing legal risks associated with international transactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to support trade compliance activities worldwide.
Regulatory Guardianship:
- Guide our business to comply with international regulations and customs laws. You'll also help us strategically minimize duty impact, safeguarding Milwaukee Tool's interests.
Supporting Growth:
- Behind our doors you'll be empowered every day to own it, drive it, and do what it takes to support the biggest breakthroughs in the industry.
- Your Role on
Our Team:
- As a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be overseeing import/export activities, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices for reporting and recordkeeping.
- You'll be
DISRUPTIVE
through these duties and responsibilities:- + Manage specific product categories from a trade compliance perspective, providing HTS, country of origin, and tariff impact and mitigation analysis, including Section 232/301, ADD/CVD, and FTA eligibility.
- The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- + Bachelor's degree in International Business and/or Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal, or similar field preferred.
- Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- + Data analytics experience is highly valued—trade compliance experience is a plus but not required. We will provide training and mentorship in global trade compliance for the right candidate. + Experience with Oracle, Oracle GTM or other ERP systems. + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus + LCB, CCS/CCLS, CGBP CUSECO or similar certification helpful but not required.
