$95,000 - $115,000 Overview We are partnering with a company to identify a Credit Manager responsible for overseeing the full credit function while supporting business growth and minimizing financial risk. This role will partner closely with finance, sales, and operations to drive strong credit practices and improve overall cash flow performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the company's credit and collections function, including credit approvals, risk assessment, and AR performance Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and terms based on financial analysis Monitor credit exposure and proactively manage risk while supporting sales and customer relationships Partner with AR and collections teams to ensure timely resolution of past-due balances and improve cash flow Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies and procedures across the organization Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, leadership) to address high-risk accounts and escalations Track and report on key metrics (DSO, aging, credit exposure), providing insights to leadership for decision-making Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or AR leadership roles Strong financial analysis skills and experience evaluating credit risk Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and influence decision-making Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
