Job Description

RAS Companies, LLC is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily housing team. This position is responsible for helping maintain apartment communities through daily work orders, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders promptly Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and appliance repair Maintain property grounds and common areas Follow company safety policies and maintenance procedures Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation as needed
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
