This role is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of concurrent initiatives across cloud migration, application modernization, security, monitoring, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong technical project/program management experience, knowledge of DevOps practices, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, infrastructure, security, vendors) while maintaining control over scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies. Key Projects in Scope AWS migration initiatives including web platform and microsite consolidation, centralized log management (AWS OpenSearch/ELK), and cloud security vulnerability management with CSPM remediation Application modernization and performance improvements, including conversion of database stored procedures to scalable Java APIs, QA automation, and application/database optimization End-to-end application monitoring implementation and network/connectivity enhancements across cloud and data center environments Legacy infrastructure and storage decommissioning Project Planning & Execution Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and documentation (including RAID logs and decision records) across multiple initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, cloud, security, network, QA, operations) and manage external vendors/service providers Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders; lead status meetings, steering reviews, and executive updates Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes through structured processes Provide clear status reporting on progress, risks, financials, and next steps Ensure testing (SIT, UAT, security), production readiness, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization Required Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering IT, infrastructure, cloud, or system integration projects Strong understanding of AWS (preferred) and modern application ecosystems Experience leading cross-functional delivery across development, infrastructure, security, and operations Working knowledge of: Cloud migration and application modernization DevOps practices Logging, monitoring, and observability tools Security remediation, CSPM, and vulnerability management Application/database performance optimization Networking and data center connectivity Key Competencies Strong planning, scheduling, and dependency management Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification Experience supporting large-scale cloud or digital transformation programs Strong vendor management and financial tracking experience
