Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm Expected Start date: Immediately Seeking a strong experienced Property Manager to be responsible for overall fiscal accountability, marketing development, leadership and training of personnel for our affordable housing property. Essential Functions Manage all aspects of property Design business plan Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends Oversee personnel and assess performance Accomplish financial goals and report on financial performance Update job and market knowledge Essential Job Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management Minimum of 2 years of experience in Affordable Housing, LIHTC, and HUD preferred Must have background in supervision and successful track record In-depth knowledge of all property management rules and regulations Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well-organized with excellent time management skills Must pass criminal background check
