Job Description:
Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Credit Managers/Credit Analysts in processing new dealer application packages, preparing and securing associated legal documentation and maintaining customer account information in various systems/databases. Frequent interaction with the field sales team and manufacturer/dealer customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review and organize new application packages submitted by sales and prepare for submission to underwriting following underwriting guidelines and policies. (credit bureaus, financial statement organization, trade references) Ensure applications are processed within established time frames. Prepare approved dealer legal documentation, manage Uniform Commercial Code filings, search and notification process. Track and monitor to ensure all conditions of approval (pre and post funding) are satisfied. Enter and update information into computer system/database or log. Communicate effectively with sales, underwriting and our manufacturer and dealer contacts to facilitate a smooth and efficient new dealer boarding process. Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned. Team environment- requires ability to assist in any process function when needed.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Or alternatively, minimum of high school diploma or GED and related experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to draft customer facing emails and correspondence on a regular basis. Ability to communicate effectively via phone with a variety of manufacturer/dealer contacts.
