- About your role:
- As a Relationship Manager supporting Credit Union Solutions, you will lead and grow a portfolio of large client relationships by aligning client goals with Fiserv capabilities.
- What you'll do:
- + Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizations + Assess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions that address their needs + Build and maintain annual account plans that incorporate input from multiple internal stakeholders and define measurable actions for client success + Partner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiatives + Drive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and services + Monitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions that improve the client experience and business outcomes + Promote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnership and product adoption •Experience you'll need to have:•+ 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry + 5+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives + 5+ years of experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement + Ability to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes + Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience •Experience that would be great to have:•+ Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations + Knowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models + Familiarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems + Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services •How you'll work:•+ This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
- This role require frequent travel up to 50%
