POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS YOU POSSESS
Must understand and evaluate complex financial statements and tax returns Previous lending experience, loan underwriting experience, and/or education necessary to evaluate and assess elements of credit risk is preferred Skills necessary to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare financial spreads for large and complex credits. Evaluate all aspects of real estate collateral for consumer and commercial loans. This includes verifying valuations are completed within regulatory requirements and in accordance with LNB policies. Prepare various management reports using multiple software applications. Order third party independent appraisals for consumer and commercial loans as needed. Assist in preparation of loan approval reports, including the assessment of risk, and periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions. Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan . Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including daily huddles and Hoopla events. Adhere to bank policies and procedures. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
