Coordinate ancillary functions for the Credit Department to facilitate the lending function for the Association. Performs special assignments for CLO, CCO or Credit Administrator as requested. Supports Credit Department in communication to the Board of Directors. Serve as a Credit Life Agent.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION:
Post High School
EXPERIENCE
Five years secretarial experience and experience in departmental organization with a minimum of two years' experience in credit or related fields.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY QUALIFICATIONS
Must have ability to read documents from many sources. Must be able to communicate audibly with staff, customer and general public.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations, principles, and procedures regarding Farm Credit practices.
  • Knowledge of Association management practices an d procedures.
  • Knowledge of financially related services.
  • Skill in planning and organizing Association credit functions.
  • Skill in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in analyzing and developing solutions in meeting objectives for the Credit Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate & assemble information for Credit Department specific reviews (internal & external). 2. Report generation, correspondence & policy maintenance 3. Supports Credit Department in communication to the Board of Directors. 4. Maintain credit bureau reporting and Life licensures. Admin support (AgVue)/Other
STANDARDS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
25% 1. Coordinate & assemble information for Credit Department specific reviews (internal & external)
STANDARD
34% 1. Generate loan sample for AICR and any other information requested by reviewer. 33% 2. Generate appraisal review sample and any other information requested by reviewer. 33% 3. Provide requested information for other reviews (AGF,Asset Validation, FCA, HRK, PWC, Appraisal Review etc.) in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITY 25

% 1. Crop Mortgage list compiled and mailed. 20% 2. Administers the SAFE Act by maintaining registry for MLOs & Association. 20% 3. Administers employee loan files. 20% 4. Type, assemble, and send policies, revisions and guidelines to personnel and post credit department correspondence to Sharepoint. 20% 5. Develop and mail Borrowers Rights & Attorney Letters. Maintain BR Spreadsheet.

50% 1. 50% 2. Supports Credit Department in co mmunication to the Board of Directors Generates Credit Reports for Board in a timely manner. Posts reports to Board folders in accordance with deadlines.
