POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to support the credit function through financial analysis, reporting, and credit quality evaluation. This role plays a key part in supporting lending decisions, monitoring loan portfolios, and delivering critical insights to senior leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and financial data ✔ Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management and the Board of Directors ✔ Conduct credit reviews and assist in underwriting new loan requests ✔ Maintain credit tracking databases and loan portfolio reporting ✔ Evaluate loan quality and identify credit risks or inconsistencies ✔ Prepare quarterly financial and compliance reports ✔ Collaborate with Loan Officers and Credit Administration staff ✔ Maintain organized credit records and reporting systems
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
3+ years proven experience in banking or loan department
  • and•that experience must have included financial analysis, credit review, or related experience in the banking field Strong financial and analytical abilities Intermediate accounting knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools Experience using core banking systems (such as Fiserv preferred, or similar banking systems•required) Experience in research, interpretation of complex financial data, and reporting skills Strong organizational skills and sound judgment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an on-site/non-remote position.
