We have a Great Opportunity for the right individual at an established (since 1969) Wholesale Distributor in the West Metro. The newly created on-site Credit Analyst position will provide a Diverse, Challenging and Rewarding Career opportunity. We are a fantastic Mid-Sized, Family-Owned Company whose growth has opened this opportunity for our Credit and Accounting Team. We have a great work/life environment with strong pay and a complete benefits package. The Credit Analyst reports to the CFO. Position Includes
  • Review of Terms & Credit on existing Accounts
  • Work with the CFO on Accounts that need attention or change
  • Assess new Account opportunities for Terms and Credit
  • Responsible for Credit Hold releases
  • Responsible for Collection efforts. Other members of the Accounting Team help with the Collection Efforts with Credit Analyst oversite
  • Establish positive relationships with Accounts for improved payment effectiveness
  • Reply to Credit Request information from outside the company
  • Help maintain Customer Records and Notes
  • Manage Third Party resources to help with collection efforts
  • Create/Improve policy and processes for efficient and successful results Qualifications Include
  • Customer Credit and Collection experience
  • Account relationship building experience
  • Experience in managing third party resources
  • Successful track record in managing and collections of Accounts
  • Strong interdepartmental and cross departmental oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency on MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Accounting ERP systems
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Effective in Independent and Team requirements
