Banking Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank client (under $1B in assets) in South Central Minnesota in the search for a Commercial Credit Officer. This is an in-office leadership opportunity for a seasoned credit professional looking to play a key role in overseeing credit quality and guiding a team of analysts.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the bank's commercial and agricultural credit analysis function. Review and approve credit presentations, ensuring sound risk assessment and adherence to policy. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of credit analysts, supporting their development and performance. Partner closely with lenders to structure deals and maintain credit quality across the portfolio. Analyze complex credit relationships, including financial statements, cash flow, and collateral structures. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of credit processes and risk management practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Commercial and Ag Credit Analysis experience. Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and loan structuring. Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing credit analysts preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide sound credit guidance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Compensation $110,000.00 Job # 2019 Share
